1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the AURA Athlete Coach app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Medical Disclaimer

AURA is designed to help you track your workouts and provide AI-generated fitness insights. AURA is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. You are solely responsible for your health and safety during workouts.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AURA offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (Plus and Pro tiers). Payment is billed and processed through third-party app stores (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time within your app store account settings.

4. Refund Policy

Because AURA is operated by an independent developer and incurs ongoing API and computing costs for AI features, we enforce a strict refund policy to maintain service sustainability:

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will maintain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rata refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
• iOS (Apple App Store) Refunds: All payments and refunds on iOS are processed exclusively by Apple. The developer has no ability to issue refunds directly. If you are on iOS, you must request a refund directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's terms and conditions.
• Android (Google Play Store) Refunds: Android subscriptions are subject to Google Play's automated refund window (usually 48 hours from purchase). Outside this window, refunds are not provided for active or unused subscriptions, except at our sole discretion in the event of documented technical bugs that prevent the app from functioning.
• No Refunds for Unused Accounts: It is the user's responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions. We do not issue refunds for subscription renewals if you forgot to cancel or did not use the app.

5. Fair Use Policy

To ensure high-quality service for all users, premium AI features are subject to a fair usage quota as outlined in the app (e.g., 5 generated plans per month for Plus, and unlimited for Pro). We reserve the right to temporarily limit access if usage dramatically exceeds normal human patterns.

6. User Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy, especially regarding your fitness and Health Connect data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings. This will permanently erase your data from our active databases. We may also terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
