AURA Athlete Coach helps you track workouts, nutrition, and recovery.
With your permission, AURA reads the following data from Health Connect: steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, active calories, VO₂max, and workout sessions. This data is used solely to compute your personal fitness analytics (recovery, strain, biological age, and calories) inside the app.
Your health data is stored in your own private account (protected by row-level security) and is never sold or shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time in Health Connect settings, and delete your data by deleting your account.
